28 MARKETWATCH Anywhere365 expands AI capabilities with Deepdesk acquisition Anywhere365 has acquired AI assistant technology specialist Deepdesk to bring new generative AI capabilities to its enterprise dialogue management platform, which natively integrates with Microsoft 365. The Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud is now integrated with Deepdesk AIx to assist human agents with generative AI to improve chat, email and voice interactions. The AI assistant will provide customer service agents with real-time knowledge and contextual guidance during conversations. Deepdesk integrates with various customer experience platforms and allows agents to personalise interactions with colleagues and external customers. With agents spending less time searching for – and typing out – the best response to a customer query, Deepdesk makes happier agents who make happier customers. The acquisition accelerates Anywhere365’s journey towards AI-driven excellence in omnichannel communications. Audiovisual installation firm GVAV delivered and installed Jabra PanaCast 50 video bars in each of the meeting rooms, providing the school’s students with additional support for remote collaboration. “It’s been an easy-to-use solution, providing a seamless and standardised way for our users to work collaboratively and an effective solution for hybrid situations as well,” said Toni Moyela, Warwick Business School’s operations director at The Shard.
