While the potential savings in time and money are impressive, Maldonado says the seamless transition from bi-weekly to weekly payroll is the true indicator of success. “Our employees were asking for the switch in payroll frequency,” she says. “To fulfil that request with no issues wouldn’t have been possible without isolved.” Right at Home employees are also using the self-service technology to view and print pay statements and tax forms without having to rely on Maldonado and her team. In addition, the firm has rolled out isolved Onboard & Develop to several of its employees to ensure they are onboarded in a consistent and compliant way. Now, onboarding materials are stored as electronic documents in the isolved platform, which eliminates the need for paper processing. However, if the employees ever need to print a document, they can simply retrieve it from the isolved platform and do so, says Maldonado. “We want to position ourselves favourably in the job market, and isolved is helping us get there,” she says. “I would always recommend isolved to others. In addition to the products and services it provides, the customer service is top-notch. Every single time I call, everyone is so helpful. They are very knowledgeable and supportive.
