Banco Sabadell’s digitalization and innovation journey led to an alliance with Microsoft which delivered the required 360-degree vision of customer data on the Dynamics platform. The partnership facilitated the integration of marketing and sales data and represented greater flexibility and security for customers. Accenture managed the project, focusing on the integration of data sources, while Microsoft expedited the jump to the cloud with the help of Avanade.
